At my last visit at Cutting Edge I was overcharged by £4. I did not check the card reader and realized only at home. I went back within a week but Lilly who cut my hair was on holiday and no one felt responsible.
I went back with the receipts a while later to show the owner personally and hoped for her understanding that it is not right to charge first normal price and on the second visit just put £4 on without saying a word to the costumer.
The owner did not want to know this, since she was on maternity leave then and she employed people to run the shop for her.
Nevertheless she should take the responsibility since it is her shop and I could never step a foot in such a dishonest place again.
