I've been going to Jagwa for over 15 years. It's a gem of a salon, Tracy and her team always do their utmost to ensure that one has a great treatment whether it be nails, waxing, massage. Jagwa now does hair cuts and colour adding to their beauty repertoire. Tracy has a talent for bringing out one's inner beauty. I always feel happier for having a treatment at Jagwa and I love the results. Is that what one wants in a beauty salon?
This was my first appointment at Jagwa and also my very first time for eyelash extensions. The salon is very small and appears quite cluttered, the first thing I noticed was a dog and dog hair. The treatment room was downstairs in the basement and quite cold. I was not offered any consultation on how my lashes would look. I was looking forward to this relaxing treatment but it was not to be. At times it was quite painful and the constant phone ringing and dog barking did not lend to a relaxing atmosphere. I was glad when the experience was over. My lashes are not even, some are clumped and some glue seems to be stuck to my eyelid making it painful when shutting my eyes tightly.
Very disappointed and I do not think I will be repeating this experience.
