As always Matt does an amazing job on my hair. Absolutely love the cut and finish I never leave unhappy. Such a gentleman as well he offered to walk me to the car with his umbrella as I had forgot my coat and it was raining. Luckily it stopped by the time I was done ?

Came to Reef for the first time after a recommendation from a friend who has gone for years. Matt was my hairdresser and he spent the time to ask me exactly what I wanted. Rachel goes above and beyond every time I have an appointment with her, she knows what will work best and her attention to detail is second to none. I’ve recently swapped extensions from beads to tapes and she worked her magic again, I couldn’t fault anything :) the coffee is also amazing! X

Recently moved to Durham so forced to find a new hairdresser for the first time in more than 10 years. I researched hairdressers in Durham based on Trustpilot reviews and selected Reef as the customer reviews were very positive. I was still very nervous though, going in for my first colour/cut.
