I would highly recommend to anyone and everyone with curly hair. Trae was amazing and went step by step how to maintain my hair and was overall very sweet and warm.
I'm 14 and Emily has been doing my hair for a year. I hate my head being touched as I have a sensitive scalp. Emily has patience with me and is so friendly it makes me feel comfortable and at ease. I get easy overwhelmed and Emily adapts to me and my always shows me what is best to do with my hair

I had my hair cut by Trae 3 weeks ago and after nearly 5 YEARS of trying to find someone who knows how to cut natural curly hair I can honestly say I have at last found one. I lost my old hairdresser of 30 years and I’ve travelled to Carlisle Glasgow Edinburgh & Manchester for the last 5 years to be told yes ‘they’ can do curly hair only to find afterwards they can’t . Trae explained after looking at old photos I took in and feeling the condition of my hair how it had changed with aged.she listen to how I wanted the shape and types of layers and also to what I didn’t want . I even got back my fringe which seemed very difficult for hairdressers I’d been to before. I’ve waited to do this review as I needed to know I could do my own hair and would be happy with the result and I’m glad to say I am and this is a genuine review for anyone especially an older lady who may think they have to have a style they don’t want. I came in to get the rest of my red dye removed from the ends of my hair, Emily gave me the most perfect bob ever! And helped show me how to style it at home. And the hair wash massage is just the best 🫠

I drive 3 hours round trip and don't regret one minute of it.
I have been going to Corvus for years after trying a couple of other salons in Dumfries and honestly i could not be happier with the service, cut, colouring and atmosphere.
I have previously never had a proper 'grown up' relationship with my hairdresser. Often being 6 months between appointments.....until I first went to Corvus.
I always have such a giggle with Trae, Emily and Toni.
My hair has never looked healthier and the knowledge Trae has is simply amazing! My hair has a mild curl and Trae cuts my hair to maximize the curl....it has been back since the first appointment....so few hairdressers in my experience have this skill resulting in my hair loosing the curl for years!
I always leave my appointment feeling like I have had a makeover and feeling really glam!!!
I come regularly and Trae is really friendly. She knows my hair texture and will explain about new products that she has and the benefit of using it. Always happy when I leave looking and feeling happy.
I came in for a wash and blowdry and the service was amazing as always! I had a coffee and a cookie which was lovely and I had my hair styled just the way I wanted 🩷
