For someone who hates having her hair cut, T&G Poole is an absolute god-send! The team are all so friendly, actually listen to what you want and are exceptionally skilled at cutting hair (which, after all, is what you're really there for). The minute you walk in the door, you're made to feel completely at home and offered a drink (with additional festive treat at this time of year). I only get my hair cut 3 times a year, but somehow they remember how I like it and even what's going on in my life! They are honestly one of the loveliest teams, despite a few recent changes, and I don't think I will ever go anywhere else now. Can't recommend them highly enough.
