I have just relocated to Poole, Jayne took time to talk to me about my hair and engaged with my concerns about trying someone new after having a regular who knows me back home. She offered advice and was happy to follow the same formula previously used back home. I left the salon feeling very happy and will definitely return. All the team made me feel very welcome to Poole.
