I's booked in for a pedicure and manicure 10th March (day of the heavy snow) ready for my holiday. I was contacted by a member of staff at Facefacts to say they were struggling as staff were unable to get to work. When they realised I couldn't rebook for the following Monday, as I'd be out of the country, they pulled out all the stops. Not only did Rachael travel in to Buxton, she did a fantastic job manicure and pedicure. Can't fault professionalism or friendliness. Thank you !
