Went to Kutz for cut and blow dry, never again! The owner of the salon who you would assume would have years of expertise could not cut hair to save her life. Whilst waiting my turn, I witnessed her half blow dry a clients hair, almost pulling the head off her, then she put the straighteners on it when still wet. The clients hair did not look nice. I felt aphrensive about allowing this woman near my hair but thought I would give her a chance. She appeared frustrated that I requested my hair to be trimmed when dry and told me I would suit it choppy, even though my hair was long and all the one length. I asked for a subtle side fringe to cheer me up as I just had extensions removed and did not feel so good. I had informed her that I only get my hair cut once per year as I fear getting too much cut. Well she certainly scared me for life, completely butcherd my hair. Attempted to cut a side fringe by taking it from half away around my head including my locks. She then cut another random wacky from about half way around my head on the other side. I told her it did not look right so she then cut more into the width of my hair. Still unhappy I returned home, cried my eyes out wondering if I was being paranoid or simply not used to a fringe. I paid a visit to 3 different salons that day for a second opinion. All the other hair dressers could not believe the mess a so called professional left my hair in. I then returned back to Kutz that same afternoon, explaining that I was unhappy and that she had really messed up, I got a response of 'what do you want me to do about it, all you can do is let it grow out'. I am left looking like a scarecrow and feel utterly disgusted and let down. I have had to have a full head of extensions fitted by a professional hairdresser as well as having the out of proportion fringe thinned out. It is going to take years to grow back. she even agreed that she made a mess of my hair and that a fringe does not start half way around the head. Avoid please.
