I am quite anxious when going to the hairdresser as I have not been listened to before and have ended up unhappy with my hair.
This was the complete opposite to how I felt at NV! Everyone at the salon made me feel so comfortable and listened to. Jaz listened to what I liked and disliked and took the time to cut my hair in a way that made me happy. I adore my haircut and will definitely be a regular customer.
