I booked my appointment by phone originally for an express manicure which I have had before. On booking I explained that I had a £25 gift token and the receptionist said I would only need to pay an extra £1 as it was £26.
Arrived on 13April @3.30 and when paying was asked for an additional £14 for a gel manicure (£39)
Which I then queried and was assured by one of the girls ( sorry I didn’t catch your name)
that a note would be made ref the overpayment which would then be deducted the next appointment I make .
Just glad it was dealt with in a quick and friendly way.
Looking forward to making my next express gel manicure appointment.

Hi Jan I am very sorry about your experience today, I can assure you this is not something that normally happens with clients. Please understand that we have 2 new members of our team who will be covering reception. This was their first day. As you can appreciate mistakes happen, I am sorry I wasn’t there to assist as I was in a meeting. If it is ok with you , would it be ok to give you a call tomorrow to find out what has happened. Donna
