Initially asked to move my appointment from 10.15am to 10am then waited to be taken until 10.15!
I’d have liked it if someone had come and explained what was happening.
Lily was apologetic, very chatty and the cut she gave me is really good.
Paulina who washed my hair was very, very good and deserves a mention.
