Jess (number 2) washed my hair thoroughly and gave me a gentle head massage which was so nice.
Jess then spent time over my cut and explained as she went along what she was doing. She gave me advice on how to manage my new shorter style.
Overall a really positive experience in a friendly but professional salon.
Definitely recommend a visit, especially as a Christmas or New Year treat!
