My roots have gone, happy about that but the experience was not good. I left with wet hair as I was crying and too anxious to stay any longer,
My usual Toni and Guy is in Manchester, but wasn’t able to make the 50 mile round trip after work.(I will be from now on, Natalie is amazing!!!)
Service was shocking; when making the appointment I mentioned I had a little one and asked if I was okay to bring her along to the appointment, they said this was fine, I asked again when I arrived for the appointment if it’s okay she was with me they said not a problem. (I have family near by who could have picked her up if it was an issue)
The looks I got the entire time from the staff were awful, I didn’t feel welcome at all, I am aware a hairdressers are not crèches, however she was on my lap the entire time, didn’t run off stayed with me. Made my anxiety so bad I was crying by the end of it.
They didn’t introduce me to the people doing my hair and showed little interest in me being there,
We went for a t section rather than half a head of my highlights but still managed to cost me more, didn’t stay for the blow dry so took that off the bill which I was thankful for.
