I’ve been going to T&G in Knutsford since 2008 and this was up there as my best experience to date. My 12 year old went from long hair to an extremely different and drastic, short style. We were 10 minutes late to the last appointment of the day and as it was a bit of an emotional experience for my daughter, the wonderful Emma, patiently and kindly took a full half hour to talk it all through with my nervous wee girl.
After much discussion, we went for the chop which I was dreading and all I can say is that I absolutely love it! My daughter however was quite obviously upset and regretted the drastic change immediately. Emma and the other lovely staff Amelia and Lucy, could see my daughter’s eyes bubbling and made every effort to make her feel better. The girls stayed 35 minutes past closing time on a Sunday and I didn’t feel rushed in the slightest.
I know my daughter was in the best hands possible and I want to say a huge thank you, from the bottom of my heart, for being so kind. It meant a lot. My daughter remembered that she left without saying thank you because she was caught up in her emotions but she did say, “they were so nice to me mum, please say thank you to Emma’.
