I had my hair done in December. I was looking forward to have thicker and fuller hair all my life, through hair extensions. I had my hair colour done too because the stylist suggested to keep my hair dark, not checking first what extensions are available so they can colour my hair with what they have or what's available on the website. When I said this, the stylist made a face and asked me what do I really want? I didn't appreciate that at all. The other stylist then intervened and assured me that they will just colour the extensions to match my hair colour. BIG MISTAKE! they should know as professionals that hair extensions shouldn't be coloured since they're virgin hair. I only found that out when I read the hair instructions they gave me and on beauty works website. Even when they applied it, it looks dull and dry. I am maintaining my hair according to the instructions but it's still very dry and it hasn't been a month. I am so disappointed that I cried because I spent almost £500 worth on my extensions + colour + cut. I felt like they just got away with my money. I will never return in Mode salon again.
