It was my first experience of getting colour done professionally and Richelle did an amazing job. She listened to what I needed and did not compromise my satisfaction over anything. I am very pleased with the service and will highly recommend Rochelle.

It was my first appointment with Rob who had a difficult lady and an unhappy customer at hand to please! He was patient and carefully listened to what I needed. He invested time, effort and genuine care in fixing my hairstyle that even a few months later, it still looks as good as new, with all the curls and waves still intact. Thank you Rob for securing my trust back in Toni & Guy and I am surely going to continue to come back to you. This salon is the only place that I leave feeling excited about my hair. You guys are amazing!

Kaseey did a fabulous job today. She listened incredibly well, handled my hair gently, and put a lot of care and consideration into the cut. By far the best cut I’ve had on my wavy/curly hair, it’s lovely to find a hairdresser I can trust for the future. Highly recommend :)

I popped into this Toni and guy branch on a whim when I was shopping my fringe was doing my head in lol ?
I booked in with a lovely stylist and we had a quick but good chat about getting rid of my curtains bangs and popping a micro fringe back in ! And wow I was so impressed the how precise and careful and thorough she was I have rebooked for a cut wash and blow dry ! The salon is very friendly and I felt a nice vibe can’t wait to come back !
The girl of reception was also very friendly as well ! X

I rang in the morning and got fitted in for a very quick fringe-trim at lunch-time the same day. It needed doing between regular cuts to tidy me up for an event so I was very grateful.

The young male stylist failed to listen and complete the hair cut I asked for and my description. I left disappointed as £60 is a lot of money to have all my hair cut off when I asked for a choppy job

I was in the salon to do full head highlights( 23 abril). The results shocked me? the roots are visibly lighter than the rest. Looks ridiculous, I am soo sad. Never happened before in my entire blond life (25 years)

Daria pays great attention to detail and has done my colour exactly as I wanted. Thank you and Happy Christmas to both Daria and to Hannah, who gave me the usual great cut after the colour. T&G is not cheap but it's definitely worth it!

Robert has been my stylist for over 16 years - always a great cut and good chat. This visit was helped by no mention of where Spurs are relative to Arsenal in the Premiership. It was the first time Rochelle had coloured my hair - I was also very happy with the result.

Since my student days in Brighton (over 40 years ago now!) I have always been fussy about who cut my hair. If I found a great hairdresser that was it - I stayed until they left. Rachael is definitely in that category. She listens and understands what you are looking for and has the talent and expertise to make it happen - which is why I habe returned!

I now have a Great Hair Style. Reshaped to an extremely high standard with easy up keep. Robert is fantastic, a good listener which made it very easy with his talent to get a fabulous hair cut that I badly needed. Everyone of the staff was yet made me feel very safe. The salon was extremely clean with all the the right protection everyone joined in the friendly feeling. great team which is well run.

I am really happy with by colour created by Michelle, she took her time to talk me through all the colour possibilities available and did a really fantastic job of refreshing my existing colour. I will definitely be coming back to see her again.
Gemma cut and restyled my hair too and I am completely happy with the new look, created by both stylists.

I have been going to michelle for a while now and she always cuts my hair beautifully, is friendly and nothing is too much trouble for her. The rest of the staff are lovely as well, wouldn’t go anywhere else.

As ever, Lou gave me a great haircut! Although I thoroughly enjoyed Joe doing my hair while Lou was on maternity leave, it was just nice to be back with her and catch up.

Wow! I hadn’t been to a salon for 3 years due to a few past bad experiences, but Robert was highly recommended to me by my niece. So I took the plunge! Within 2 minutes I felt like I had known Robert for years, so friendly & lovely; and he gave me loads of product & styling tips! He really listened to what I wanted and gave me the most fabulous long layered haircut I’ve had in years! I literally ‘sashayed’ out of his salon!! I’ve received so many compliments on my hair since too! Wow! Just wow!!
