I had very long hair and my priority was to take the cut hair home. I should have walked out when the manageress told the stylist not to cut it too close to my head. I had to ask for it to be washed before cutting. I came away with a damp plait shorter than it could have been and undid it when I got home so it could dry out without getting smelly, hairdryer and product had been used which I never do to my hair. I felt very distressed and not listened to.
