This was the first time I have been to Robert John and I will be recommending then to friends moving forward. Booking and patch test were easy.My appointment was with Lydia, she really listened to what I was after ( not that I really knew what I wanted) and gave me a great colour and cut. I had 3inchs off the bottom and she double checked before making the cut which was great. My whole experience I only came across friendly caring staff. They remembered it was my birthday and all wished me a happy birthday which was a nice touch.
