Lucy is a friendly stylist who puts you at ease. She listens to your request but can also give advice when asked. I really liked my style change. You are also always offered a nice massage when having your hair washed.

I had the pleasure of Cat to transform my hair from brassy dry blonde to luxurious balayage. My hair looks and feels amazing and the attention to detail Cat gave to help me achieve the colour I wanted was outstanding. The process was lengthy but totally worth it and it flew by as I was looked after by the team continuously. I also took advantage of a treatment offer they had on and I can honestly say may hair has never felt so soft and strong!
The team also cut my little boys hair today and were great with him! Can not recommend Robert John enough!
