I recently had ***** colour and cut my hair for the third time. First two times were really good and was very happy but the third time was a total disaster. Colour lasted less than 2 weeks and cut was absolutely uneven and extremely disappointing in view of the cost. I contacted the Salon and left a message and asked if ***** could call me to discuss, to date I am still waiting for that call. Will not be using this Salon again and would not recommend
Recently had a refurbishment so looks nice but hugely understaffed. You have to wait weeks to get an appointment as most staff are part time and only work a couple of days a week. Messed up my colour and then made me feel very uncomfortable when I complained. Would not recommend.
