I have been a client for a VERY long time. I get my colour/cut/bdry every 6 weeks. I always rebook. This time my message the night before had a time of 9.30, when it was booked for 12.00 on my last visit. I then called and ***** was so rude, saying the client who was coming at my time had booked before Christmas. Then why did he book me in at that same time? His attitude was so poor, claiming “we can squeeze you in”. Don’t think so...talk about disgusting customer service who has been pouring money into MM since before Chris was managing the place....
