I am extremely disappointed with this latest $25 deposit asked when booking a hair appointment. I have been a loyal client of Maurice Meade for about 15 years and I regularly purchase the Christmas Voucher and products. I tried to make a booking online but when they asked me to pay the $25 I backed out and rang the shop. As I have a voucher and dont have to pay for several more visits I objected strongly to having to pay the deposit. It was sorted and the $25 has been taken from my voucher but it still means that if I cancel then I lose that $25. I am 77 years old and have some mobility health issues. I have on occasion had to cancel an appointment due to these issues. From what I can see you are penalising me for the actions of others who cancel for no good reason. Very very disappointed in this action - the world has gone mad!!!!
