This salon does not act professional in any way shape or form. I booked an appointment to have a trim and colour and told them to only cut 1” and they cut 5” even when i was begging for her to stop cutting. When they did the colour it was nowhere near the colour I asked for. I payed in full and after 3 days when i washed my hair it was even lighter. When I complained they booked me another appointment to re-do their mistake in the colour and after having it re-done my hair colour was red instead of brown with highlights and they charged again refusing to let me out of the shop without payment.
When i called in to the shop after i got home as i felt intimidated in the salon and was upset with the way i was being treated to complain to the management they sent a txt saying they would resolve this in 5 days. I called them again today and the lady on the telephone blatantly lied about what had happened and was rude and not let me explain anything just loudly talked over me with a very bad attitude.
My husband then tried to talk to her to resolve this issue in a professional manner but again she talked over him not giving him any chance to talk.
AVOID THIS SALON AT ALL COSTS as they cannot do a satisfactory job of hair colouring or cut what the customer has asked for instead they do exactly what they want to do to your hair and have a really bad attitude after towards a paying customer.
NOT once in the 2 failed appointments or after did i get any sort of apology just a bad attitude and pathetic excuses for bad workmanship.
I have desputed the payments with my bank to get a refund as they have refused and i will leave a revue for potential future customers to see how this salon acts towards their customers.
My husband gave them the opportunity to please resolve this professionally to avoid a bad review of their business but the lady on the telephone didnt seem to care just wanted to talk excuses and not listen to my side.
