Extremely disappointed with outcome - requested for soft curls for a special family wedding for my daughter. Within an hour of leaving salon - all her curls had dropped. I requested for a full body wave - again my hair had dropped with no volume within hours. Overcharged for a service we did not get especially from a salon who advertises to be an Australian award winning salon. Contacted salon following day but all they were willing to offer is a return for same service. They really didn't care about customer satisfaction. Would never return nor recommend anyone to this salon.
